In addition to leading a thriving production of excellent wines in Roero, the company promotes other extraordinary typical products, such as hazelnuts. This tasty fruit is the fundamental and main ingredient responsible for confectionary delights produced by the most famous Roero companies. Source of minerals and calcium, the delicious product is also suitable for those intolerant to dairy products and gluten. The hazelnut begins its formation towards the month of May and is then harvested in August. Natural product where the only intervention of the Gallino is the manual cleaning of the undergrowth, to facilitate the collection of hazelnuts.
