CULTIVATION: Traditional guyot with 8/9 fruits for plant

VINIFICATION: White, with separation of the must from the skin before fermentation, soft pressing by pneumatic press and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature

MATURATION: Steel tanks

COLOUR: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections

BOUQUET: Citrus, chamomile, acacia, tropical fruits, peach

TASTE: Balanced, mineral, sapid, fresh and citrusy, persistent

PAIRINGS: Aperitif, appetizers, fish, white meat, light first
